Please read these terms carefully before using the essimu service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the essimu application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Essimu provides internet-based voice calling services using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology. The Service allows users to make voice calls to telephone numbers, primarily focused on destinations in East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda).

3. Best-Effort Service

The Service is provided on a "best-effort" basis. Call quality and availability may vary depending on your internet connection, network conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

4. No Emergency Services

Essimu is NOT a replacement for traditional telephone services. The Service does NOT support emergency calls (e.g., 000, 911, 112, or any other emergency number). You must maintain an alternative means of communication for emergency calls. Essimu shall not be liable for any inability to reach emergency services through the Service.

The essimu application, including its design, features, and content, is the property of Essimu and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Essimu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
